Class Activity 2
Before the class activity started, we are given a lecture on organizational chart, and the importance of an organizational chart. During the class activity, we are to choose one type of business we are to do, and plan the organizational chart on a mahjong paper. After discussion, we had decided that the theme of of our cafe will be hawaiian style.
Reflection:
From this assignment, i learned that it is very important to have a organizational chart in very organization, as it is a kind of skeleton in every company. Without a good organizational chart, the company or organization will be a total mess and not in form. It helps to define the roles and departments to make up a company's function.
