In a group of 3, we are to design a 2 storey bungalow which consists of the following components.
1. 1 master bedroom with attached bathroom
2. Minimum 3 bedrooms
3. 2 bathrooms
4. Kitchen
5. Living Hall
6. Dining Area
7. 1 Store room.
We are to compile an A4 report which consists of;
- All floor plans ( Ground Floor Plans, First Floor and Roof Plan )
- Structural plans
- Design Brief
- Beam analysis report
- COlumn ANalysis Report
